Agile server not starting

Due to DB failover we had to change the DB config details in Agile config files.

We have changed DB details in agile.properties file, AgileContentPool-jdbc file, LocalSvcTblDataSource-jdbc file, opss-audit-jdbc, opss-auditview-jdbc& opss-datasource-jdbc file

Still we are getting below error:

Listener refused the connection with the following error:

ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor

We have cleared the admin and managed server cache as well.

Can you please advise if DB config details need to be changed in other files as well?
