Loading measure with higher level intersection

HI All,

I have measure at the base and load intersection at: item/week/str and my load file has the data at item/week/rgn. str is at the lowest level.

I believe load measure will not load the data at this level. Is there any other way I can follow to load this? Suggestions pls..
