Unifier 17.6: Occasional errors while accessing Document Manager

Hello everyone,

Our Unifier environment has just been upgraded from version 16.2 to 17.6. After several hours of using the new version, some users reported that errors were popping up while trying to access Document Manager. The errors vary, from only showing 0 Error, Bad Request, 400 Bad Request, and 340 Moved temporarily.

Every time the OK button is clicked, it closes and reopens. I can't even switch to the other shell tab, as the pop up window stays in focus. I thought that it happened only to the Standard View, but another user reported that the same thing happened with the Classic View. When I closed the browser and reopened Unifier, the problem's gone.
