CSI Grouping

With regards to SI Grouping, an Oracle partner created a SIG; created admins and users from partner organization. Next step was for a customer to request access to the new SI. When customer is requesting access to the new SI, MOS is requesting to input the organization name for validation. It only accepts when customer inputs the Partner organization name. While, customer prefers that they would want to input Customer Organization name and not Partner Organization name. How can we serve customer's request?
