Transfer Price in Inter Org Transfer

Hello All,

Can some one explain, is there any business scenario, where Transfer Price would come into picture, even though both Inventory Organizations involved are from same Operating Unit ? ( Transfer is not between Discrete to Process or vice-e-versa)
