Replacement Costs in Fusion Assets

PeopleSoft Asset Management included Calculate Replacement Cost application engine that could calculate the replacement costs on an asset. Is one such functionality available in Fusion Assets? Additionally, is there a standard reporting mechanism on the assets that are to be replaced?
