My SR's do not display in My Oracle Support any more - how can I correct this?
When entering an SR two weeks ago, I accidentally clicked on a link in the upper left corner of the display
which caused my existing SR's to no longer display. I have worked with the POS help desk and have tried
reclicking the links in the vicinity again but am unable to reset my display. Since this occured, I've had
to us Cloud Support.
If anyone is familiar with this type of problem, I'd really appreciate some guidance on how to see my
SR's in MOS again.
