Line defaults tab in P4310- does it not change the values on SAVED Orders

Hi,

Line defaults tab in P4310-

Created a PO and saved it

Revisit the  PO and want to change  the LCR ( Cost rule)

Went to Line defaults tab and enter a new cost rule on this Order ( created previously).

It does default on to the detail lines.

Is it working as designed ?
