Is GST Rule (75I/RL) Hard Coded?

Hello,

While testing GST solutions it did not work when we used GST Rule (UDC 75I/RL) like CGST1 or SGST1 etc.(JDE 9.0 version). Can it be confirmed if the design is like that?
