E1: P4312 application goes in Non responding state

Hello,

We are using JDE 8.98. We have a very serious issue with the below applications. When we try to do the transaction for some records Eg 200 rows, and click on OK button. It starts Processing and  it continues the same for lot of time. After some time it becomes Non responding and give Web Client Exception.

lets suppose we do Inventory Transfer for 200 records using the application P4113. For the first time it becomes non responding and transaction gets rolled back. i.e. The quantity comes again to the original Business Unit. But this time the new record gets created in F41021 with the new Business Unit but no quantity.
