Error 404--Not Found when printing from IE 11

Environment: JDEdwards Enterprise One web

Version: Applications 9.1

Tools: 9.1.5.2

I know this isn't a 'supported' way to print from JDE E1; however, some of my users are printing this way.

What happens:

User opens interactive application via JDE E1 web inside Internet Explorer 11

User clicks 'File -> Print' and submits job to printer

The output from the printer is:

  Error 404--Not Found

  10.4.5 404 Not Found

The server has not found anything matchine the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead.  The 410 (Gone)  status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.

Howdy, Stranger!
