Form Function to open URL in New Tab

Hi,

I have a requirement to add a function in ICX_GLOBAL_MENU. The function should open a new tab to display document. I am able to display the document in the same page but it is changing the page URL which will lead to loss of context.

Can you please let me know how I can create a function to display a URL in new tab in Oracle EBS?
