OTL: Timecard entry error re. no related earmings rule found

I am new to Oracle (I'm a PeopleSoft person) but have clients using Oracle OTL release 12.

I have a client who needed a new shift rotation plan for the summer.

I (with help from the community) added new shifts, new
plans and new rotation plans.

So, now payroll needs to do the timecards and they can use this.

Obviously I'm leaving out a critical step or two and, once again, can't find guidance in the manuals.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as my client is trying to do their timecards and they have to do a whole lot individually unless I can help them to get this working.
