Is it possible to derive segment based on prior segment value ? - R12 PA Accounting Rules

We have 11 segments in our Chart of Accounts and wanted to derive accounting for segment based on another segment in the same Function in R12 PA accounting rules.

Ex: Function : Usage Cost Account,  Wanted to derive segment2 value based on result/value of Segment1 rule.
