Secure Outbound Web Services with various diferents Certificates

Hi community,

I have a client that need implement a outbound web service with x.509 certificates. I seek informatión in Oracle support about this and a find various documents for this. But, in this case I need use one certificate diferent for each physical person. This certificate its manipulated by the end user on a USB Pendrive. I need take this certicate and use it in the outbound service. The cases that I know, the certificate reside on the Siebel Server, but in this case, the certificate ist provided by the user.

Somebody are implement somethig like this with Siebel?
