CA Service Desk 14 release is now certified with Enterprise Manager 13.2

Hi Everyone,

The CA Service Desk 14 release is now certified with Enterprise Manager 13.2 (using the CA Service Desk Connector version 12.1.0.3.0). MOS certification matrix and EM 13.2 documentation will be updated shortly.
