Import/Export of Price adjustments for sub components under promotion component.

Dears,

we have configured price adjustments for sub-components in the pricing designer under promotion.  while we are exporting the promotion through Work space projects. Price Adjustments are not coming in the export XML.

when checked under  IO : ISS Promotion -> IC : Promotion Config Item was inactivated even in vanilla application.

Would like to know the reason why it was inactivated and if activated will it be of any problem?
