Complete the Work Request without Work Order

Hi,

Just a quick query, can we complete the work request without work order ?

Sometimes nature of work is very small (no material issuance is required) only we need to answer the query, in this situation we have to create work order from work request then perform other related steps and then complete the work order, this all is cumbersome job. In this situation we want that maintenance engineer complete the work request with status as 'completed'.

Note: We are following work request approval flow as: Operations team raise the WR and maintenance planner approve the WR and then maintenance engineer assign the WR on WO and perform the job. sometime operation team raised the WR for small jobs which can be cater by maintenance planner on WR (no need of WO).
