CA Service Desk 17 release is now certified with Enterprise Manager 13.2

in System Monitoring Plugins and Connectors (MOSC)

Hi Everyone,

The CA Service Desk 17 release is now certified with Enterprise Manager 13.2 (using the CA Service Desk Connector version 12.1.0.3.0). MOS certification matrix and EM 13.2 documentation will be updated shortly. The CA Service Desk Connector Release 12.1.0.3.0 now supports versions 11, 12, 14, and 17 of the CA Service Desk application.
