Change Resource Calendar on Requirement

We are using bottom up approach where we plan the roles on the workplan and then use Create Team Role button to create the requirements. Our project operates in Singapore with Monday to Friday as working days but when we want to schedule an employee who works from Middle East who work Sunday to Thursday, we want to update the calendar so that we dont get conflicts while staffing.
When we create a new requirement without generating it from tasks, then we can change the calendar however when we create team roles from the tasks, this is where i am not seeing the field to update the calendar.
