iREcruitment Offer Letter

I'm currently managing the iRecruitment module for a firm. The implementation was done by someone I'm not able to reach at the moment. I will like to change some details in the Offer letter and I have checked the Data definition setup for it. However, in the data definition, there is no Data Template file. Instead, what is available there is the "Preview Data" file.Without the Data Template file, I can't view the query hence, I can't make the changes I would like to. I learnt that the report is a standard report.

I will greatly appreciate any help given.
