zpool Permanent errors have been detected in the following files

I have an issue with my root pool in that it is complaining about a corrupt file but it only gives me a hex entry so I have no idea how to interpret what I am suppose to fix, anyone know a way to clear this?

  pool: rpool

state: ONLINE

status: One or more devices has experienced an error resulting in data

        corruption.  Applications may be affected.

action: Restore the file in question if possible. Otherwise restore the

        entire pool from backup.
