plsql developer to Cloud developer PLSQL

Hi

I am a  PLsql developer working from  9i/ then 10g 11g. and 12c databases and migration projects.

As now things are changing. What  are technologies I need to learn for moving to cloud. ?

I searched oracle site but no step step info for a plsql developer to change his job to work on cloud.

Pl. give what kind of  certifications and  training will help me.

Currently I am working as a team lead.
