Weblogic server Hanged

Hi,

After we forced all JD Edward user to change password we faced problem with weblogic servers some user can't log on and if they can the screen hanged .

Jas log error:

SCF: Unable to terminate the session '4452268717465005056', a corresponding ClientInfo object cannot be found. Corrective Action :The session can not be programmatically terminated.

Are their any cache or some thing like that related to this issue should be deleted?

we restart our JAS server only .
