RDF Promote What-If not working

Hi, We are trying to perform promotional what-if on a certain promotion in RDF GA V15 using Classic client. The promotion is marked in the historical period and in future. Causal External Baseline has been defined. When we executed "Run Batch Forecast", Promo forecast has been generated. Till this point it was good. When we try to do what-if for this promotion using Promotion-Effectiveness workbook, there is no output being generated. We are using classic client and using "Apply Promotional Effects" custom menu. Forecasted-Baseline is coming zero, Promotional Lift Units is coming as zero and so Total Promotional Effect is
