two sip interface with same ip but different sip port

hi team,

is this possible to create two 2 different sip interface by using same ip but different sip port, i  have defined the sip interface with same ip and different port, the call flow is working fine with 5060 port but when i reusing the same sip interface ip with different port registration is ok, , outgoing calls are ok,but incoming calls are failing also sip option messages are not going out from the new sip interface,

please feedback  why incoming calls are failing?
