Recurring billing generation producing blank output

Hi

I tried running recurring billing generation for particular lease .It just shows only blank output .I still see lease is active and bill type as 'A' for necessary bill codes .is it required all the bill codes in lease should have same bill type A to generate recurring billing ? is there any reason for this blank ouput?
