Release an order from RDA, with more quantity than RDA

Hi all,

I have a problem in P43060. If user have an RDA of 10 KG, but he wants to generate an order from that RDA with a quantity of 12 KG, the systems generate the order with 2 rows. One row of 10 KG related to RDA, the second row with quantity of 2 KG with cost 0 and no relation with RDA. Is there a PO that consolidate all the quantity toghether, mantaining the relation with RDA and the cost?. I tried with consolidation PO in P43060, but it did not work.
