Report/Screen to show backordered items on a WO after pick release

We arre on 12.2.3 and use Oracle WIP and Oracle Inventory(no WMS).We use the component pick release process to generate the move orders for mfg pick and transact the move orders to issue the material to the WO.

Is there any report/screen that shows the items that could not pick released(due to insufficient qty) after the component pick release process is run?
