Inconvenience in the integration between RMS and SIM

Good morning,

We are currently presenting problems with the applications between Oracle Retail Merchandising System and Oracle Retail Inventory Inventory Management, this is because it opens a purchase order in RMS is approved etc. travels to SIM and then closes say purchase order, in RMS it closes and Also it should do the same in SIM but it is not so, the same is still open in SIM so it is supposed to be an error in the integration or in the sending of message indicating that the order must be closed.

Can help me in this or guide me with some document that I can verify to be able to review this.
