Calculating Freight Charges based on weight R12 ebiz

we have the requirement to have a charge added to the Order based on the total weight of the items entered. - so we need to go and get the total weight of all the items entered and then we base our charge on that eg if total weight is 10 then extra line would be entered eg of charge 5 euro

This item would need to generate cogs and revenue..

we wanted to do this with a promotional modifier but came to the conclusion that this is not possible because in the get one item extra .. we cannot use a dynamic formula.
