Hyperion services not starting - Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control req

Hi all,

On the foundation servers we are not able to start the hyperion services, below the error we got when we try to start a service:

     Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion

It happens for all the services.

Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
