Question on Hyperion Planning forms and BR

Hi,

Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4 environment. I've a requirement to attach the business rules to the data forms to copy the actuals to forecast. The actual columns and forecast columns are present in the form. There is only one row which is Account. There are 2-3 accounts in each data form and I've a total of around 50 forms. Is there any way I can create a single BR and attach to all these forms? I tried many options like use member from the form and those are not working for my requirement. Any inputs would be greatly appreciated!
