Subledger Period Close Exceptions report shows the records as Unprocessed
Hi All,
When we ran Subledger Period close exceptions report for Cost Management application for some old period i.e. Feb-17, we saw some records with status as "Unprocessed".
That Period is already closed.
Now, our users are two questions:-
Question 1:- At what point in time those records are created? and how did system allow the Feb-17 period to be closed for inventory?
Question 2:- How can we get them processed?
