Manual price override modifier applies after accrual offer calcualtions

Scenario:

Accrual offers defined for commission calculation

Price override modifier is defined for manual overrides.

We are finding a scenario that commission offers are applied to calculate accruals (via offer created in Trade management).

later user applied a override to make the price as 0 --> this product may be issued as a replacement etc.

Now the customer got the product at $0 -- invoice is good.

We are finding accruals calculated on this sales order which is not accurate.

Pricing modifiers are used to adjust the unit selling price (for additional discount or adding surcharges).

We are looking for an approach where accruals should go after manual pricing modifiers adjust the price.
