Chart of Accounts and / or Business Unit cat code validation

Isn't there a new feature in the 9.x releases that allows you to set up 'rules' when you assign category codes... either to the accounts themselves or to the business units?

For example:

If Cat Code 1 = Region, and we have a category code of NA for North America

and Cat Code 2 = Country

we have a rule that won't let you put China as the country code for a business unit if cat code 1 is North America?

If so, where do I find that?
