Drill through from SmartView shows blank fdmee landing page

When clicking a drill-through enabled cell in smartview an absolutely blank Fdme landing page opens in the browser

The source is an essbase cube in PBCS version 17.06.58.

Smartview for Office version is 11.12.5.600

We've performed the steps on:

Unable To Drilling Through Using FDMEE ( Doc ID 1969309.1 )

Drill-Through Doesn't Work ( Doc ID 2068471.1 )

The issue remains the same

Any other ideas?
