Some machines have the Save button on customized grid grey out - Need reference to check

We found some machines when the same user login in JDE (9.2) and try to customize grid, the save button is grey out. As is it the same user, we suspect this is related to IE setting. Is there any reference that we can base on to check IE setup or other setup?
