Cost-to-Cost Revenue with Customer at Top Task Enabled

hello,

when bill at top task is disabled my cost to cost revenue generation is working with the standard extension

When Bill at Top Task is Enabled I am running into various issues with baselining the Budgets and with Generating Draft Revenue (cannot find eligible event / expenditure).

what are the tips & tricks around using cost to cost revenue with bill at top task enabled?
