Cannot view discussion thread about GST Patch (Discussion id - 4054625)

in Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

I'm working on GST Patch on R12.1.3

Saw the attached discussion thread, but cannot view it. Please let me know where will I get this discussion.

TDS Migration Patch 26254475 failed , A syntax error occurred at line 565 in file /devl_apps/d8036/apps_top/R12/apps/a  pps_st/appl/ja/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/b26247693.ldt `(Community Discussion ID 4054625)

Apart from that anyone has any reference document for the GST Patch (Patch no - 26254475). While applying this patch receiving below error -

A syntax error occurred at line 565 in file /d01/appldev2/FTHDEV2/apps/apps_st/appl/ja/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/b26247693.ldt
