Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Download WebADI Document Stuck at "Do not close this window until processing completes"

I have changed Excel 2007 options and firfox 48.02 as described in Doc ID 752760.1

But still the issue is unresolved Please if any one may help me
