DBCA cannot find nodes

I have a RAC installation on 2 servers.

On these servers there are 11.2 and 12.1 installations.

I run DBCA from 12.1 home and I choose "create database" -> "advance mode" -> "custom database" (Admin-Managed). On the Database Placement step I can see only my node, I do not see the other node.

On this home 2 more databases exist and run on RAC.

When I do exactly the same on 11.2 home I can see both nodes.

Also on 11.2 home more databases exist.

I'm new to RAC and I need to create a database on 12.1 home. Can you help me what I'm missing?
