How to know the LOV of item collection element.

HI gurus,

In QA modules, there are a lot of predefined collection elements, such as item, lot number, serial number...etc. But how can I know the LOV of these collection elements. For example , I want to know the LOV of symptom code, reason code, and disposition code...Thank you guys in advance. Wish for your answers.
