Is there a way to populate the Receipt Routing Unedited Transaction Table F43092Z1 from a flat file

Hi,

Because it's not possible to use the Inbound Flat File Conversion job (R47002C) to populate the Receipt Routing Unedited Transaction Table f43092z1 from a flat file is there another way in standard JDE E1 to do it?
