Timesheet Error When Submitting Timesheet for Maintenance Management WO

We are in the early stages of a Maintenance Management implementation and we've run into an error in the Image 23 demo environment (also getting it in the Image 11 demo environment) when trying to post a timesheet in the Expenses module for a Maintenance Management work order. We are not sure if this is a missing configuration or if this is potentially a bug? Just hoping for some direction and if anybody has run into this before that could offer some assistance. I have attached an image of the error message as well.

We are currently on Image 11, PeopleTools 8.55 but will be going live with Image 23 in November.
