How to Customize AME Notifications for RMA

Hello

We have a requirement to enable additional fields in AME Notifications to capture free text from users who is entering the RMA. We can use the shipping instructions field.

How to Customize this AME Notifications for RMA to display the notes mentioned in the shipping instructions on the RMA Approval Notifications.
