Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can someone guide me how to create a WebADI template for Historic rates uploading using Account ranges?

I was able to create the template for Historic rates, but I couldnt get Account FROM & ACCOUNT TO
