IP 16.9: Siebel CTI : Toolbar frozen after 10 mins
Hi All,
we have noticed an issue, when a CSR is on call, and exactly after 10 mins on the call the toolbar goes out of sync and greyed out. We have noticed this consistently for 2 times.
Agent is on call, while he is talking to the customer exactly at 10 min the toolbar logs out and he is still on call, only way to get back to proper state and do a complete logout and login back to Siebel and CTI. but this keeps on happening all time in each call.
We have
channel clean up timer set to 180 sec
Push keep alive heart beat is 600 sec.
