Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Error when creating webservice proxy

Hi Guys,

I am facing issue in JDeveloper (11.1.1.5.0) when i am trying to create webservice proxy from the wsdl for consumer bssv.

My Classpath entry also fine

can anyone help me to resolve the issue?
