Standard DSNO is missing Shipment Number

Hi All,

Standard DSNO is missing Shipment Number from order lines.

This is an intermittent issue occurring for some of the trip id's

Standard job (Departure Ship Notice Outbound) is generating this DSNO files without shipment number due to which DSNO's are not being processed further.

Could you please suggest how to debug this issue further. Do we need raise an SR with Oracle for this issue.
